Livestock shipping information:

We ship via FedEx Priority Overnight.  We bill the actual FedEx shipping charges plus a $8 box charge.  You may inquire about estimated shipping fees by sending us an email.  We ship Tuesday- Friday, including Saturday Delivery.  Be sure and let us know if there is a specific day you require arrival.

We have a live arrive guarantee.  Wavesreef.com requires a photo of all DOA items within the first 6 hours of arrival.  If you do not have access to a digital camera or cannot send an image within this time frame we will not be able to honor your claim. Please take this into consideration prior to placing your order.  Should you have questions regarding a particular coral or fish, please email or call so we can discuss the status of that animal.

Should you not be available to sign for your package your guarantee will be void.  Should your package be held at FedEx, you will be required to pick up the items prior to 12:00.

Some rare corals or fish may not have a guarantee, should you have questions about the animal you are interested in, please contact us regarding the item.

Should a coral be damaged upon arrival, please send a photo ASAP and upon our approval we will issue a store credit for the value of the coral.

If your package becomes delayed, please sign for it and inspect the contents.  Please call us to discuss the condition of the contents.  Under no circumstances deny the shipment, no credit will be issued for refused shipments.
